Expenses and Philanthropic Spending
The Boy Scouts spends 78% directly on their mission. We like to see a charity spend at least 75% on their mission, so 78% is on the low end of our acceptable range. Their administrative costs are low, but fundraising expenses are on the high side.

Spending on administrative costs
197,656 ÷ 4,586,237 = 4.3%
